What delivery options are available?

Our delivery methods for items sold and shipped by OFFSTAGE:

Orders placed before 11:50 am (Paris time), excluding weekends and public holidays, can be shipped the same day. After 11:50 am (Paris time), the order will be prepared and dispatched on the next working day.

Preparation and dispatch times may be slightly longer during periods of new releases, stock reductions or special offers. We do our best to deliver as quickly as possible.

If you order multiple products and one is no longer available, we will contact you to assess the available options, such as waiting for restocking, partial shipment, or a partial or full refund based at your preference.

The delivery times below are indicative average times for items available at the time of ordering.

For unavailable items or items printed on demand, the delivery time is indicated on the product sheet.

What are the return policies?

In order to proceed with a return and refund, we invite you to send us your request in writing to the email address serviceclient@offstage.fr and then to return your products to us within 1 month of the date of receipt of your package at your delivery address.

You are responsible for all return shipping costs.

As soon as we have received the products and confirmed that they are in good condition, we will refund you directly to the payment method used for the purchase.
